Weekly digest (12-step lifecycle)

Sends the 12-step nurture plan pinned to your quiz date: welcome on day 0, reinforcement through day 120, with tier-aware branching. Opt out and the cron will skip your row from the next run onward.

Re-engagement alerts (score drops below 40)

Fires a single email if your daily re-scored exit-readiness score drops below 40. Suppressed after 14 days so we don't pester you. Opt out and you'll receive nothing regardless of score movement.
Preferences are keyed to your visitor cookie (exitgrid_vid); clearing it will detach these settings from your next visit. Both flags default to on, so historic and new leads continue to receive both flows unless they explicitly opt out here.
